October 9-13 Calvary Chapel Hollister
This week we had Yuri Padilla bring a team of doctor and nurses, dedicate to doing medical outreaches. The medical team was able to visit the children at Orphanage Rayitos de Luz, youth orphanage Rancho El Faro, the Gumguay Indians Community assessing them and giving them the necessary medicines needed and or vitamins. The group also came alongside Calvary Chapel Rosarito and visited the basurero (garbage dump) in Tijuana. Many men, women and children living at the basurero were assessed and directed to either the doctor or nurse, receiving the required medicines and or vitamins. There were also a hairstyling station, a wash station, food and clothing distribution . It is hard to comprehend life here yet there is hope that comes when groups like these respond to the call.As physicians ministering through the great physician they bring physical healing and the word of God the spiritual healing able to cure all by sharing the word of God It was such a blessing to see these professionals providing care in less than sanitary and usual circumstances going that extra length to reach the lost.. Gloria a Dios!!
October 4-5 Calvary Chapel Santee
1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. Once again we were encouraged to have our friends from C.C Santee down and serve our Lord together.
If God can use only 5 breads and 2 fishes to accomplish His will, He can use a small group also to do the same. All He desires is to have a heart to serve and give to others and that is what this group did this week. We were blessed to share Jesus Christ with the men from a re-hap house called “Nueva Vida”. After the spiritual food, we fed them 2 hamburgers each, (hungry group) and gave out notebooks, pencils, pens for their bible notes etc and great fellowship between the men, encouraging one another. We also went to the Cumguay Indians reservation in San Jose de las Zorraz, always giving them the word of God first, then secondary (whatever our Lords provides) clothing, food, shoes and backpacks with school supplies to the older kids. Going back to help finish the construction work that was started in orphange rayitos de Luz was a much blessing and the group were able to put on the stair railing for the bathroom, feed them spagetti and then do worship with the children. The group also blessed us as they helped with the new base in Primimo Tapia. Working hard as some did wiring in 220 electricity to the base as others did some division in the restrooms. So as you can see, God uses us in great ways to serve Him as we serve others, no matter the quantity of the people. All Honor and Glory to Jesus!!!!

September 6-8 El Monte
Psalm 89:16 They rejoice in your name all day long; they celebrate your righteousness.

On Saturday mid-morning we worked on the base at Primo Tapia (painting, drywall, decorations etc) and the other half of the day we went to visit those precious children at Ninos con vision in La Gloria, (playing, loving them, sharing Jesus etc). Ended this great day with Tacos (of course) and great time of meditating on God’s word and sharing. August 24-31 CC Palouse Washington
For the last 10 years, Pastor David from C.C. Palouse, Washington has been coming down faithfully bring his church members to participate in missions.
Pastor David who has a Rehab program at his church, loves to visit, encourage and share Gods word with the men here in Mexico who also struggle with the same or similar addictions. So visiting a mens rehab is always a special visit.
As the Lord provides, the bathroom/shower construction project continues at Rayitos de Luz. So we were blessed that the group was able to be part of this
project as it is being completed in Gods timing. We always have time to love, hug, worship the Lord and share His word with these little ones.
The group was also a blessing helping out with the electricity work at the new base as well as cleaning, bathroom walls etc.

July 17-23 CC Garland Texas
Finally we have been able to receive the group from Garland. For many years they have been involved in the Vizciano Conferences and have talked about bringing a group to serve in Rosarito. Different family groups came to serveand became a part of our huge missionary family.
We went to 2 different orphanage: Rayitos de Luz and Alcanzando la vision. We were happy to be able to bring a group to Alcanzando again as it has been many months. Often groups connect with one place and want to revisit. Timing was such that it had been a long time between groups. There were many new kids there and we are always impressed at the teaching and instruction these kids are given which is evident by how they respond to visitors with such hospitality and kindness.
We also had an outreach in Lomas de Coronado, Rosarito (first time there). The one thing with all these outreaches is after a while there is a similarity to them but God’s word will never return void and He is persistent and consistent continually knocking. How will they know if no one is sent? Obedience to to going is as important as responding to the message and testimonies shared . But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord. ” Joshua 24:15
July 12-14th CC New Beginnings
How wonderful it is when we see old friends. This is the one of the rich experiences of doing this kind of work but even more wonderful as it included family members of the Mayoral’s their niece Yolanda.
It was a huge encouragement to VIctor and Sonia know God is in control and is taking care of their family bringing them to salvation as they serve where God has placed them.
They visited the all girls youth orphanage Rancho El Faro in Valle de Guadalupe, while the guys were visiting the men at Rancho Poiema a recovery discipleship centre that transforms the lives of men through a live in program of teaching and love.
Yolanda did her testimony and bible study for the girls, encouraging them to follow God. It was clearly God’s hand upon her life as she shared the struggles and challenges she had faced giving others hope. Each of the girls were given a gift to remind them that they are precious in the eyes of our Lord.
The group also visited the children at orphanage Siempre. Often these little ones minister to the group when you least expect it. There was a powerful move of the spirit in one family as a down syndrome girl ministered in innocents to the loss of their down syndrome family member. It was clearly God providing the means for expressing the grief through this meeting and the little girl to be loved so tenderly through their grief. It was one of those moments so intimate where you see how detailed and tender God is providing so specifically in unexpected ways.
The group also did an outreach was at Primio Tapia They gave out around 120 backpacks filled with school supplies The children were given a passioned message by Yolanda and many of them came forward wanting to live for God. Clearly His hand was upon this group as they served and what a blessing it was to see His spirit alive and well in the Mayoral family and that God is in control.
June 28 – July 11th Cornerstone Nappa Valley
Romans 12:6-8 having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads , with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.
We have such a privilege of having Pastor Bill Walden as our overseeing pastor to this mission were we participate in coordinating the vision the Lord has given him concerning Baja South. God is expanding his territory as new developments are in place to extend a teaching conference to La Paz with overwhelming support with the details falling into place.
This trip has been exceptional as always with great fellowship and teaching with the heart of prayer as navigation.
We had a women’s event (ist time) in San Jose del Cabos: Debbie Waldon shared a message about the goodness of God. God is good all the time All the time God is good even through difficulty and loss the goodness of God does not change. She shared a heartfelt message of loosing a dear an beloved friend and godly man how that challenged her resolve to trust in God’s unchanging character. This was a wonderful challenge for the ladies and many came forward in repentance as the spirit moved.
Also as there were many accomplished musicians in tow what better opportunity to conduct a Worship Conference to inspire the youth building skills in them and encouraging their hearts to worship the Lord in sincerity and the responsibility and gift to lead others.
Pastor Bill shared teaching to build and strengthen marriages as well as leading a 2 day conference in La Paz that opened the doors for further conferences to take place in the future.
At times during this trip we had a divide and conquer approach as solid teaching was going out other members of the group did outreaches in nearby communities Puerto San Carlos and again in Loretto sharing the gospel, food, provisions for the children building God’s kingdom one soul at a time.
All along the Baja there are smaller communities that we have been blessed to build relationships with as we continue to visit encourage and be blessed by ourselves such as Loretto, San Bruno, Santa Rosalia and Vizciano our mid Baja home and outreach church. Our last stop on the ay was Punta Collonett children’s outreach and bible study in the evening.
It was a full trip filled with the spirit as we watched God move and open doors for his kingdom.
June 23-28 CC Aptos
We were blessed to have our old friends from Calvary Chapel Aptos come down. We took them to orphanage “Alcanzando la vision” where they displayed the love of Jesus to these precious children by playing with them,
feeding them, doing crafts with them, and most importantly sharing the word of God and worshipping with songs and praise the our King. Falling in love with these kids is so easy as they hugged the group, friends were made and hearts were broken as we had to leave them (until the next visit)
The group had a work day at our new base. We were gratefull and blessed that one of the brothers who is a plumber, helped did some the plumbing work that was greatly needed, taking him 2 days to complete the task. The other helped out with painting, cleaning up etc.
The outreach in Colonia Morelos was great as 10 adults came forward to receive Jesus in their hearts (including the ice cream man). Mini Festival with games, prizes, face painting, worship, food, testimonies and the word of God was all shared with all the invites. We ended it with praise the Lord for His goodness and faithfulness. Gloria a Dios!!
June 15 Saving Grace
Saving Grace has continued to bless the people of Mexico through their servant hearts as they have come two more times since this date. They are the home church of Mike Vincent of Capilla Calvario our home church. We serve as one big family in one accord sharing the Love of Christ.
Since their first visit back in June, 15 C.C Saving Grace has come down 2 more times to Rayitos de Luz Orphange to help out with the construction of the bathrooms. This orphanage has been in need of very basic functioning structure as well as support spiritually to manage the task of providing and caring for the many children they have during the construction process. Always these kids are excited when the groups come and have contributed to the quality of life immensely through teaching and practical help in construction but nothing compares to the
bond they have with the children as they play, hug them spending time with them.
Matthew 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Thank you C.C. Saving Grace for your participation. It is so evident on your servant heart to our Lord as you guys have committed your time to bless these children. In behalf of Rayitos de Luz…Gracias hermanos y Dios los bendiga.
June 5-9 Murrietta college students
A on fire group of youth from Murrietta came down as part of their summer evangelizing mission sharing the love of Christ through service prayer and the Gospel being sent out. They served at our base by participating in our ongoing construction and painting.
They also went street witnessing in the downtown streets of Rosarito and frankly as they functioned in their daily life by their love for one another they witnessed unaware.
The highlight for them I believe was visiting Siempre babies orphanage. Siempre meaning always as God always loves us will never leave us or forsake us, going there as his hands and feet to share the love to these little ones is such a gift.
June 2 We went to La puente to share about the mission and do worship in Spanish what a wonderful opportunity to stir up the body of christ to come and serve in Mexico.
